Recipes

Oatmeal and banana biscuits (no sugar added)

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of oat flakes
  • Optional: chocolate chips, cinnamon or nuts

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mash the bananas and mix them with the oats.
  3. Shape into small balls and flatten them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Ready to eat!
