Suggested recipe: Coconut and date energy balls

Ingredients:

  • 150 g finely grated coconut El Granero
  • 100 g pitted dates
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 1 tablespoon pure cocoa powder (optional)
  • A splash of water or plant-based milk if necessary

Preparation:

  1. Blend the dates until they form a sticky paste.
  2. Mix the date paste with the grated coconut, ground almonds and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  3. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water or plant-based milk to make it more compact.
  4. Form small balls with your hands and coat them in finely grated coconut.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before eating.
  6. Enjoy a healthy, energy-boosting snack.
