Atelier Light Roast Coffee Beans, Novell, 500 g

Origins

We purchase this certified organic washed Arabica coffee from the Cajamarca district in northern Peru, where it is grown at an altitude of almost 2,000 metres. It is a smooth, balanced coffee with a lot of soul, grown in a remote area by the local community, organised as a cooperative that relies mainly on coffee exports.

In this blend, we combine it with a natural coffee, also certified organic, from the Sidamo area in southern Ethiopia, where the ancestral practices of generations dedicated to coffee cultivation are followed, and dried on typical African beds.

How to use

This blend is specially designed for use in filter coffee makers such as Chemex, Melitta or V60, so that all its nuances can be enjoyed.

Tasting notes:

We find notes of honey and biscuit, along with hints of vanilla and caramelised milk chocolate. A background of blackcurrant and cloves. Its mellow acidity and creamy body lead to a sweet and long finish.
