Recommended recipe Semi-brown rice with sautéed vegetables Ingredients: 1 cup of El Granero organic semi-brown rice 1 carrot, julienned 1 courgette, julienned 1 red pepper, julienned 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil Soy sauce to taste Sesame seeds (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Preparation: Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan and stir-fry the vegetables until tender but still crisp. Add the cooked rice to the vegetables and mix well. Add soy sauce to taste and mix again. Serve hot, sprinkled with sesame seeds if desired. This dish is a healthy and delicious option that makes the most of the properties of semi-brown rice, combining its mild flavour with the richness of the sautéed vegetables.
