Manzanilla olives with garlic and rosemary are obtained from a selection of the harvest from La Chinata, located in the Sierra de Gata, which can be appreciated in their flavour, texture, firm skin and fleshy centre.
The Manzanilla variety with garlic and rosemary gives them a distinctive flavour and accentuates their taste, making them a culinary experience for the most discerning palates.
Olives are part of the Mediterranean diet and are a source of vitamins A and C, which help to improve the body's defences. They are also a source of iron and sodium, contain omega 3 and omega 6 and are high in fibre, which helps to regulate our intestinal system.
